Valdobbiadene D.O.C.G. Prosecco Superiore – Dry

Wine produced from carefully selected grapes Prosecco, which gives it a more amiable hint, round and soft cloth. The color is straw yellow and bright, with a fine and persistent perlage. Bouquet is subtle and it smells of fresh and persistent fruit. It’s produced with Charmat method. It is the type most suited to desserts, but also very good as an aperitif.

Types of sparkling wine: Extra-dry
Organoleptic features: The wine produced with a careful selection of grapes, shows a hint more amiable, round and soft cloth. The color is straw yellow and bright, with a fine and persistent bouquet, fresh fruit and persistent flavouring.
Recommended cuisine: It’s most suited to desserts, but fits perfectly as an aperitif.
Serving temperature: 8 – 10° C
Harvest: September  20 – October 10
Vinification: Soft pressing with the aid of pneumatic presses, and finally clarified fermentation at controlled temperature with the use of selected yeasts.
Foaming: CHARMAT Method
Alcohol content: 11 % Vol.
Residual sugars: 25 g/L
