The vineyards owned by the company Vigne Savie are entirely part of the exclusive area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene DOCG and of the very valuable area of Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Docg. The land of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene is difficult to work. Its high-elevation hill vineyards are on steep slopes where it’s hard even to stand without falling. Because of the uniqueness of these places, the Prosecco hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene were recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019. This makes us the proud inhabitants of a territory that from this achievement deserves our commitment to its protection and conservation even more than ever.

Through its intent to work the land, it communicates history, tradition and conveys commitment, passion and love for these territories.
The VIGNE SAVIE farm is a young wine producer and it "faces" the wine market with a fresh and dynamic mentality . This is deeply linked to an ancient tradition, handed down by some generations of wise wine-growers, together with those "unwritten" expedients, which lead to a quality product. It is, thanks to a natural vocation, a sparkling wine specialisation. Achieving a sufficient result is not substantially difficult, while it is extremely hard to climb to that famous "extra step" that affirms the product and makes it recognised.

Spumanti Vigne Savie are made out of grapes harvested exclusively by hand. The diversity of soils, exposures, slopes and length of the slopes give rise to sensitive organoleptic nuances enhanced in the wine cellar and then bottled in four versions: Valdobbiadene Docg Superiore di Cartizze, Valdobbiadene Docg Superiore Dry and Extra Dry and Prosecco Doc Extra Dry.
